Safety at IAG Construction Inc. is not treated as a document on a shelf. It is part of daily execution, crew accountability, and jobsite decision-making.

Enforcement

IAG uses a progressive disciplinary structure for safety violations. Crew members who identify and report hazards are supported. Those who disregard safety expectations are addressed through a structured corrective process.

Progressive Disciplinary Structure

IAG applies a stepwise response to safety violations: verbal correction, written documentation, removal from site, and termination — scaled to the severity and frequency of the violation.

Zero Tolerance Violations

Fall protection violations involving unprotected leading edges

Working under suspended loads without controls

Impairment or substance use on the jobsite

Willful disregard for established safety procedures

Documentation

IAG maintains field-level documentation that supports project transparency, incident management, and safety accountability throughout project execution.
